hi, In this tutorial , I will show you how to
convert a webpage into responsive design.
the webpage we are going to take in this example
is D:\res.html
this is not responsive as we change the size of the
document, the content remains as such
it is easy to convert any webpage to responsive.
to convert a webpage to responsive, do just 2 steps
1) add a viewport meta tag
2) import the css provided by w3 schools.
